Finger Lime is a sub-tropical fruit often described as fruit caviar. The pearl like flesh of the fruit carries the aroma of fresh citrus with some cooked notes. The mature leaves of the Lemon Myrtle tree provide an intense citrus sharpness, with a hint of Eucalypt. Both deliver unique citrus notes, but with distinction.
