RIBERRY

CLOVE LILLI PILLI LIQUEUR

Uniquely Australian, Riberry is a member of the Lilli Pilli family.
Found mainly in the coastal rainforests of Northern New South Wales and Queensland, ribbery berries are harvested from late November to mid January when they are ripe and sweet.
Our Riberry liqueur delivers refreshing spicy flavours of clove and cinnamon, with musk and bush honey undertones.
 
This liqueur is outstanding as an aperitif or as a cocktail ingredient.

THE KINGSFORD

1 1/2 Shot (45ml) Luxe Brew 'Style 3' Gin
1 1/3 Shot (40ml) Luxe Brew Riberry Liqueur
Teaspoon (5ml) Ginger Liqueur
1/3 Shot (10ml) Lemon Juice

LUXE MULE

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Sit until desired dilution. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon rind.

Our Acacia wattle seed liqueur delivers the deep earthy notes reminiscent of tree nuts with a delicate buttery smooth finish.
Delicious on the rocks or combined as a cocktail ingredient

1 2/3 Shot (50ml) Luxe Brew Acacia Liqueur
1/3 Shot (10 ml) Luxe Brew Moonshadow liqueur
1/3 Shot (10 ml) Kallista Honey Liqueur
1/3 (10ml) Sacred Grounds coffee Liqueur
2 Shots (60ml) Preferred milk
Scoop of ice

1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and serve.

Kakadu Plum is a native Australian Bush food found throughout tropical woodlands from north western Australia to east Arnhem Land in Australia’s Northern Territory.
Considered a gift of the Dreamtime by Aboriginal Culture, Kakadu plum is famed for having the highest vitamin c count of any fruit.
Our unique "Kakadu" liqueur is fresh on the palate with the boldness of stewed apple and pears, and hints of citrus and floral musk.
Perfect on ice, in a Kakadu Martini or as a spritz, this fruity liqueur has many uses limited only by your imagination.

1 1/2 Shot (45ml) Luxe Brew '1667' White rum
1/2 Shot (15ml) Luxe Brew Kakadu Plum Liqueur
5 Fresh lime Wedges
1 teaspoon of Raw Sugar
6 leaves of fresh Mint

LUXE MULE

1. Muddle fresh limes and sugar together. Press and add mint leaves. Build over Ice, top with Soda Water.

Australian Finger Lime is a sub-tropical fruit found in a small region of rainforests on the East coast of Australia.
Often described as fruit caviar, the pearl like flesh of the fruit carries the aroma of fresh citrus with a hint of cooked apples.
 
0ur finger lime liqueur offers a unique sweetness and acidity with candied rind on the mid palate and just a hint of bitterness.
 
Enjoy on ice to cleanse the palate or delicious in a Finger lime Margarita

2 Shots (60ml) Tequila
1/2 Shot (15ml) Triple Sec
1 Shot (30ml) Luxe Brew Finger Lime Liqueur
1 Shot (30ml) Lime Juice
Lime for garnish

LUXE MULE

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into glass and garnish with a lime wheel/wedge.
